Lim Wei Wei
Lim Wei Wei is the Governance, Risk & Sustainability Practice Leader at Baker Tilly Singapore.
He brings over 20 years of professional experience, with deep expertise in corporate governance, internal audit and risk management, strategy and operations, investigations, and sustainability advisory. Throughout his career, he has advised organisations across diverse industries and geographies.
Wei Wei is a non-practising member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and a Senior Accredited Director of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID). He holds several professional certifications from the Institute of Internal Auditors, including Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA), and Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA). In addition, he is a Professional Singapore Certified Management Consultant (PSCMC), accredited by TÜV SÜD.
He currently serves on the Boards of Conservation International Singapore and NTUC’s Employment and Employability Institute (e2i). He is also a member of the Disciplinary Panel at ISCA and the Inquiry Panel of the Law Society of Singapore.
Wei Wei holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the National University of Singapore. He is also an alumnus of the University of Chicago, having completed the Leaders Development Program at the Booth School of Business.
