Ms. Sim Siew Moon, Senior Partner and Head of Tax, Tax:
"I am extremely excited to re-enter the tax scene after my retirement in 2021. The global tax landscape has become increasingly challenging not just for businesses, but also for tax professionals and tax administrations. With all that is happening, I am happy to return to the marketplace not just to serve clients, but also my wish to ignite the tax passion in the younger generation to pursue tax as a career. There is so much we can do for our clients, not just in assisting them to manage their local and foreign tax affairs in compliance with tax legislations but to assist them to manage their tax risks and controversies and at the same time, leveraging on technology in their tax function. I thank Joshua and his partners for welcoming me to the Baker Tilly family and I look forward to working with my fellow partners, my tax team as well as the Baker Tilly network to serve the needs of our clients."
