Baker Tilly expands its Assurance Capabilities with multiple Leadership appointments
Baker Tilly has expanded its Assurance capabilities by appointing a number of personnel to key positions: Aloysius Wang as a Partner, Soo Yin Ling as an Executive Director, and Grace Lim as an Executive Director.
Mr. Aloysius Wang, Partner, Assurance:
Aloysius is responsible for a diverse clientele, including publicly listed companies, multinational corporations, emerging start-ups, and non-profit organisations.
Aloysius began his career with a Big 4 firm in Singapore, providing audit and assurance services, internal controls review, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance, and dealing with different accounting and regulatory reporting regimes across a wide range of industries. His work experience includes an overseas secondment to Shanghai, China.

Ms. Soo Yin Ling, Executive Director, Assurance:
Yin Ling has more than 18 years of experience in audit and assurance services in Singapore and Malaysia.
Now heading technical matters in the Assurance team, Yin Ling reviews and ensures compliance with financial reporting standards and auditing standards. Yin Ling is also involved in quality assurance, risk management, and compliance with code of ethics. Her prior clients include multinationals, local and listed companies, and non-profit organisations.

Ms. Grace Lim, Executive Director, Assurance:
With a career spanning over 15 years at Baker Tilly, Grace has experienced significant growth within the firm - starting as an Assurance Senior in 2008, Grace advanced to the role of Assurance Director in 2019.
Throughout her journey, Grace has worked with a diverse portfolio of clients, including public and private companies, and a wide spectrum of industries. Grace has also played an integral role in an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
