In addition to his practical experiences in Singapore and the region, Molvin has also participated as an instructor on courses held by various organisations and as a frequent speaker at international tax conferences.

Molvin graduated from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, with a double major degree in accounting and information system management.

Mr. Joshua Ong, Managing Partner:

“We are excited to have Molvin join our Tax team and bring his expertise in transfer pricing to our practice. As a growing firm, we are committed to expanding our team to deliver our full suite of services to our clients, and the addition of Molvin to our tax team is a testament to that commitment. We look forward to leveraging Molvin’s skill set and working collaboratively to serve our clients’ needs.”

Ms. Sim Siew Moon, Senior Partner, Head of Tax:

“As businesses continue to navigate the increasingly complex global tax landscape, and transactions between related parties continue to be one of the key focuses of audit by the tax authorities, we are delighted to welcome Molvin to our growing tax team. With his extensive knowledge and experience in transfer pricing, we are confident that we can further enhance our scope and depth of tax services and bring even greater value to our clients.”

Mr. Molvin Yiu, Partner, Transfer Pricing, Tax:

“Transfer pricing has continued to evolve as a hot topic in the global tax landscape, with countries balancing their own interests with the need for global consensus. It is my honour to have the opportunity to embark on this journey at Baker Tilly, working closely with our tax team led by Siew Moon, and with my partners and colleagues to serve our clients during this challenging time of global tax developments.

I look forward to building an exceptional transfer pricing practice with my team, and together with our Baker Tilly global network, to help clients navigate their transfer pricing issues in Singapore and around the globe.”
