Baker Tilly Appoints Lee Lei Kun as Executive Director in its Corporate Secretarial and Outsourcing Practices Expansion

Singapore, 23 September 2022 – Baker Tilly announced today the appointment of Lee Lei Kun as Executive Director of its Corporate Services.
Lei Kun has more than 14 years of experience in outsourcing advisory, assurance and Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) services in Singapore and regionally. Her portfolios of clients include multinationals, local and listed companies, as well as non-profits across diverse industries.
Lei Kun specialises in outsourcing advisory and enhancing of accounting and reporting systems. Lei Kun has extensive experiences in outsource accounting and CFO services, IPO advisory services for clients seeking to raise funds on the capital markets, and corporate secretarial services. She also advises clients on business and corporate structuring in Singapore and around the region.
Lei Kun is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and a Member Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA).
