Baker Tilly strengthens its Talent Management Capabilities with the Appointment of Chee Nian Tze

Singapore, 16 February 2022 – Baker Tilly announced today the appointment of Chee Nian Tze as Director, Human Capital.  

Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Nian Tze held various human capital leadership roles across APAC in listed, private, conglomerate and family businesses with over 30 years of diverse HR experience in industries including retail, FMCG, healthcare, renewable energy, hospitality, manufacturing and public sector.

She has also worked extensively with C-suite leaders in organisation transformation, digitalisation, and talent management and development.

Nian Tze speaks regularly at HR seminars and is an article contributor for HR magazines. She was also the panellist for the HR summit in 2011, as well as the panel of judges for the HRM Award 2018, and was an HRM Award finalist in the Best HR Leaders category in 2014.
