Associate/Senior/Assistant Manager (GST)

Job Description

You will be assisting the Managers (and above) in the provision of GST compliance and advisory services to clients, including but not limited to the following:

  • Advising clients on the GST implications and applicable treatment of their business transactions (e.g. new business arrangements, cross border transactions) 
  • Assisting clients with the application of GST registration, exemption and GST schemes
  • Assisting clients with the review and e-filing of their GST returns
  • Conducting GST health check reviews, GST due diligence reviews, Assisted Self Help Kit (ASK) reviews, Assisted Compliance Assurance Programme (ACAP) reviews
  • Assisting clients in managing IRAS GST audits/investigations
  • Assisting clients in seeking GST rulings from IRAS

Requirements

  • Graduates with a Bachelor degree in Accountancy, or any discipline
  • A positive working attitude, meticulous and ability to work effectively in a team 
  • Ability to multi-task and can work under pressure
  • Good oral communication and written skills 
  • Candidates with no experience but possess the relevant professional and academic qualifications are welcome

Tax Manager

Job Description

The successful candidate will work in a business tax team providing tax compliance and advisory services to a mixed portfolio of corporate, individual and other clients. Responsibilities will include managing a team of professionals in the preparation of Singapore tax returns and in dispute resolution.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of Singapore corporate income tax experience preferably with an international accounting firm
  • Prior experience in individual income tax work
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field, with a professional qualification recognised by ISCA
  • Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP) (Income Tax) with SIATP
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and it will be an advantage to possess working knowledge of a second language
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines

Tax Senior (Reviewer)

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for tax compliance work, which includes filing tax returns and reviewing tax computations for both individual and corporate clients in various industries.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of Singapore corporate income tax experience preferably with an international accounting firm
  • Prior experience in individual income tax work preferred
  • Please indicate experience (if any) in a supervisory / reviewer role
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related fields
  • Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP) (Income Tax) with SIATP would be an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and it will be an advantage to possess working knowledge of a second language
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines

Tax Associate

Job Description

  • Prepare and file tax returns and assist in other tax compliance matters, such as replying to tax bureaus and clients' revenue enquiries
  • Assist in preparing advice on tax considerations in corporate restructuring and financing, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency, asset and project financing and disposals
  • Assist in providing tax and business advice on inbound and outbound investments and cross-border transaction
  • Assist clients in developing transfer pricing policies and documentation
  • Provide tax advice in tax consulting (including indirect taxes and compliance)
  • Assist Senior / Manager in dealing with tax compliance issues for companies and representative offices and solve complex business issues for clients in local, national, and global markets

Requirements

  • Graduates with a Bachelor degree in Accountancy, or any discipline
  • Team player, with the ability to multi-task, flexible and can work under pressure
  • Ability to think creatively and a thirst for knowledge
  • Good oral and written communication skill
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skill
  • Proactive in problem-solving
