Bernard has over 20 years of tax experience, ranging from corporate and personal tax compliance to tax advisory. He works extensively with clients on their tax compliance and controversy matters and is active in providing tax advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and IPO transactions.
Alongside his wealth of tax experience, Bernard has also served in various leadership capacities within the Firm.
As Head of Tax, Bernard will drive further innovation, strengthen client relationships, and shape the future of our tax practice.
