Aloysius Wang

Aloysius Wang is a Partner at Baker Tilly with more than 15 years of professional experience. He specialises in providing audit and assurance services, and is responsible for a diverse clientele, including publicly listed companies, multinational corporations, emerging start-ups, and non-profit organisations. 

His professional experience includes an overseas secondment to Shanghai, China; as well as internal controls review, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (“SOX”) compliance, and dealing with different accounting and regulatory reporting regimes across a wide range of industries. 

Aloysius is also a Practising Member of the Institute of the Singapore Chartered Accountants (“ISCA”). 

Aloysius is a Chartered Accountant ("CA") of Singapore.
