First Successful SGX Listing of 2018: Baker Tilly TFW Congratulates LY Corporation Limited

Singapore, 31 January 2018 - Baker Tilly TFW extends our heartiest congratulations to LY Corporation Limited, the first company of 2018 to successfully list on the SGX Catalist Board. The company is one of Malaysia's leading manufacturers and exporters of wooden bedroom furniture. 

The company engaged Baker Tilly TFW as their internal control consultant in relation to the placement for its initial public offering (IPO) of 75,848,000 new shares.
