A Malaysian-based, one-stop shopper marketing services group with a 30-year track record in in-store advertising, Shopper360 specialises in branding and marketing services for retail and consumer brands such as Nestle, Dutch Lady, Samsung, Southern Lion, Cotra Enterprises and Fonterra.
Shopper360 appointed Baker Tilly TFW as its reporting accountant for the placement of its initial public offering (IPO) of 38 million new shares.
