Baker Tilly TFW Congratulates Samurai 2K, First Company to Successfully List on SGX Catalist in 2017

Singapore, 16 January 2017 - Baker Tilly TFW would like to extend its heartiest congratulations to its client, Samurai 2K Aerosol Limited, on being the first company in 2017 to successfully list on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) Catalist. 

Established in 1997 and headquartered in Malaysia, Samurai 2K is an aerosol coating specialist with a focus on high performance coating solutions for the automotive refining and refurbishing industry. The company manufactures its products in their Johor production facility and distributes its products under its own brands to customers in Southeast Asian markets including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines. 

The company engaged Baker Tilly TFW as its reporting accountant in connection with the placement for its initial public offering (IPO) of 20 million new shares.
