Singapore, 11 July 2017 – Baker Tilly TFW, one of the 10 largest accountancy and business advisory firms in Singapore, today completed its third IPO of 2017. Having acted as reporting accountant for Y Ventures, the firm extends its heartiest congratulations to the Singapore-based company on its successful listing on the Singapore Exchange (SGX), and placement of 35 million new shares.
Y Ventures is a data analytics driven e-commerce retailer and distributor with a presence in various online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Qoo10, Lazada and Shopee.
