On 31 March 2026, Baker Tilly Singapore co‑organised Funding Your Growth: Financing Solutions and the Path to IPO with Rajah & Tann Asia Singapore and Hong Leong Finance Limited, with strong support from SGX Group.
The seminar was designed for SMEs and business leaders looking to better understand their funding options as they grow, from managing day‑to‑day financing needs to preparing for a potential IPO.
The session opened with welcome remarks by Joshua Ong, Managing Partner of Baker Tilly. Koh Han Nee, Vice President, SME Financing at Hong Leong Finance, shared practical insights on business loans and financing solutions. James Chan, Partner at Rajah & Tann Singapore, then shared insights on key regulatory developments and recent changes in the Singapore capital markets.
We wrapped up with an engaging panel discussion: Funding Your Growth: The Path to IPO, moderated by Sek See Mun, Assurance Partner (Capital Markets & IPOs) at Baker Tilly, featuring Alex Tan, Head of Capital Markets and Corporate Finance from Hong Leong Finance, Alice Gwee, Director and Head of Catalist Sponsors with the SGX Group, Howard Cheam, Head of Capital Markets at Rajah & Tann Singapore, together with Joshua from Baker Tilly.
