This seminar will provide insights on Singapore Financial Reporting Standard (FRS) 118 Presentation and Disclosure in Financial Statements which will replace the existing FRS 1. FRS 118 is applicable for annual reporting periods beginning on or after 1 Jan 2027.
Soo Yin Ling, Assurance Partner Yin Ling is responsible for technical matters in the Assurance team, focusing on compliance with financial reporting standards and auditing standards. Yin Ling’s role also includes quality assurance, risk management, and compliance with the code of ethics. She is experienced in providing assurance services to a wide range of clients, including multinational corporations, SMEs and listed companies, and non-profit organisations. Yin Ling is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (“ISCA”), the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (“ICAEW”).
