Baker Tilly’s client, Audience Analytics Limited, debuts on SGX Catalist Board at S$0.30 per share

Singapore, 30 September 2021 – Baker Tilly is pleased to announce that it has successfully supported its client, Audience Analytics Limited, in its listing on Singapore Exchange (SGX) Catalist Board on 30 September 2021. The business impact assessment and recognition, exhibitions, and business media holding company debuts at S$0.30 per share with an expected market capitalisation of approximately S$50.5 million.

 

Baker Tilly acted as the Reporting Accountant for Audience Analytics Limited’s Initial Public Offering (IPO). The listing marks a significant milestone for the group to enhance its business analytics capabilities including incorporating AI technology and predictive analytics into its business intelligence and growth analytics segment, as well as to further expand its geographical footprint and digitalise existing business operations through brand extensions and launching new brands in other new markets.
