Baker Tilly's client, Silkroad Nickel, debuts as the first nickel mining company to list in Singapore

Singapore, 30 July 2018 - Baker Tilly congratulates Silkroad Nickel Ltd on being the first nickel mining company to list on the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
Indonesia-based Silkroad Nickel was listed through the reverse takeover (RTO) of China Bearing (Singapore) by a subsidiary of Singapore-incorporated Far East Mining Pte Ltd and has held a mining business licence for a 1,301-hectare mining concession area in the Central Sulawesi since 2009. It is primarily engaged in the exploration, mining, production and sale of nickel ore.
The company engaged Baker Tilly as its reporting accountant and statutory auditor.
