Senior Manager/Manager

We are seeking qualified high performing professionals to join our Assurance service line. You will be involved in providing assurance services to our global clientele. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge and work with businesses across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage fieldwork on client sites including liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of the audit process.
  • Review and evaluate risk, document and assess key controls, document and assess process flows and identify significant accounting issues.
  • Demonstrate expertise in primary accounting frameworks and in related financial reporting matters.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives and utilize that knowledge in engagement
  • Identify areas requiring improvement in the clients' business processes and possible recommendations and prepare and deliver Management Letter to be provided to the client.
  • Coach other team members by sharing experience and knowledge appropriately.
  • Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.

Requirements

  • A degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification in Accountancy
  • At least 5 years of external audit experience
  • Good command of the English language
  • Recognised team leader with good interpersonal skills
  • Proactive in problem-solving and client management

Senior

The Assurance Senior is expected to lead various audit engagements, including planning, performing, reviewing work performed by less experienced personnel, and concluding the engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with team members to execute the audit plan and ensure the timely completion of the audit engagement
  • Work closely with clients and manages their expectations to further nurture ongoing client relationships
  • Able to identify unethical behaviour and react based on the applicable ethical principles

Requirements

  • A degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification in Accountancy
  • At least 3 years of external audit experience
  • Good command of the English language
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills

Associate

Responsibilities

  • Assist in carrying out quality audits and other assurance services to clients across multiple industries.
  • Assist in-charge in obtaining all necessary audit working papers and documentation including researching and documenting facts and findings.
  • Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to managers and partners.
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Interact with clients to help ensure that the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient.

Requirements

  • Graduates with an Accountancy degree or equivalent professional qualification in Accountancy
  • Accountancy undergraduates in the final year of study are welcome to apply
  • Graduates with non-accountancy degrees who are keen to pursue qualification as Singapore Chartered Accountant are also welcome to apply
